单片UHF频段ASK发射机电路MICRF102的特性及应用

<P><SPAN lang=EN-US>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)确保在发射频率处天线谐振;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ——第一类情况,天线感抗可匹配于IC内部变容管调谐范围的中心;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ——第二类情况,为使天线感抗与IC匹配,增加外部电容器(串联或并联于天线两端);<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)根据期望的射频输出功率设定PC(1)脚的电压值。</SPAN><B><SPAN lang=EN-US><BR>6.2外围电路的选择<BR></SPAN></B>6.2.1参考振荡部分<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 发射载波频率(fTX)与参考振荡频率(fREFOSC)有如下关系:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; fTX=32×fREFOSC<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4)脚的参考振荡器输入可选用晶体振荡器或信号发生器实现。正确的参考振荡器选择是保证电路正常工作的关键。当选用晶体振荡器时,其等效串联电阻必须小于或等于20Ω;当选用信号发生器时,其输入信号振幅应大于200mVP-P且小于500mVP-P。<BR>6.2.2天线部分<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MICRF102电路设计为驱动一个环形天线,其中有一差分输出用于驱动感性负载。MICRF102内部的变容管与天线的感抗自动调谐至设定的发射频率。由于MICRF102可动态地适应多种外界因素(如环境温度的变化,人体触及天线效应等)对天线感抗造成的影响,保证天线的调谐,故实际设计工作可大大简化,仅根据需要选择天线的电感值即可(必要时还应选择适当的外部谐振电容器)。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 在最简单的情况下,外部环形天线的电感值应选择为使MICRF102的变容管等效电容C为6.5pF时电路谐振。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 按如下公式即可求得天线电感L:<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; L=1/4π2f2TXC<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 如果环形天线的电感值无法选定在由以上公式确定的标准值,则需要在天线端并联(或串联)一外部电容器以满足要求。通过MICRF102内部的变容管调整谐振电容器的总电容值,如图4所示。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 实际的环形天线是采用PCB印制铜线条来实现的。采用PCB印制天线,有助于减小实际电路的尺寸,并有利于天线电感量的稳定。由于这种PCB印制天线可视为由矩形截面导体构成的,故按矩形截面导体的电感量计算公式即可从所需的电感值确定环形天线的尺寸。矩形截面导体电感量L1的计算公式如下,形状如下图所示:<IMG src="http://www.chmcw.com/upload/news/RCL/13220_6abu7p200711885844.jpg"></P>
<P><IMG src="http://www.chmcw.com/upload/news/RCL/13220_p2zfov20071188590.jpg">图5示出在发射载波频率为315MHz时PCB环形天线的形状与尺寸。<BR>6.2.3电源旁路电容器的选择<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 为保证MICRF102电路能稳定可靠的工作,正确的电源旁路是必要的。通常情况下,电源旁路电容器选为4.7μF并联100pF电容器即可,必要时还可再并联一个0.1μF电容器。在实际进行PCB布线时还应注意旁路电容器到IC电源引脚的连线应尽可能短。<BR>  MICRF102电路对于输入纹波电压较为敏感。如果电源调整率很差或旁路不足,则发射频谱中将会有明显的杂散分量。</P>
