静压轴承的各项技术参数

</B><B>主轴回转精度</B><B></B></DIV><DIV>用两种方法测量主轴回转精度。一种是千分表测量法,把千分表架固定在磨头体上,是表测头直接接触主轴前端定位锥面进行测量;另一种是在主轴定位锥面上安装一个模拟砂轮的钢套,再用固定在工作台的小砂轮对被测外圆进行修正,尔后用<FONT face="Times New Roman">CW</FONT>-<FONT face="Times
